The Common Entrance Test (CET) is a competitive exam conducted for the purpose of admission of students to the first year or first semester of full-time courses in medical, dental and engineering courses in professional colleges the various states of India.
राजस्थान में पहली बार पटवारी और एलडीसी समेत 24 भर्तियों के लिए समान पात्रता परीक्षा होगी, फायदा ये कि भर्तियों में भीड़ घटेगी।

राजस्थान में पहली बार 20 सेवाओं की 24 भर्तियों के लिए समान पात्रता परीक्षा (सीईटी) होगी। इनमें ग्रेजुएट लेवल की 12 और सीनियर सेकंडरी लेवल की 8 सेवाएं शामिल है। कार्मिक विभाग ने बुधवार को इसके आदेष जारी कर दिए। हालांकि, सीईटी कब से शुरू होगी, ये अभी तय नहीं है। राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड यह परीक्षा करायेगा। इसमें पटवारी, एलडीसी, क्लर्क व ग्राम विकास अधिकारी जैसी भर्तियां शामिल है। यह परीक्षा ग्रेजुएट और सीनियर सैकंडरी लेवल के लिए अलग अलग होगी। इसमंे प्राप्त अंकों की वैधता 3 साल तक रहेगी। कोई भी अभ्यार्थी परीक्षा में एक बार अर्जित अंकों के आधार पर 3 वर्ष तक संबंधित पदों की भर्ती के लिए आवेदन कर सकेगा।

(Graduate level) ग्रेजुएट लेवल 12 सेवाओं के 16 पद
पटवारी, होस्टल अधीक्षक, ग्रेड द्वितीय, ग्राम विकास अधिकारी, डिप्टी जेलर, असिस्टेंट जेलर, ग्रामीण विकास विभाग मंे काॅर्डिनेटर ट्रेनिंग, काॅर्डिनेटर सुपरविजन, बाल विकास विभाग में सुपरवाइजर, महिला अधिकारिता विभाग में सुपरवाइजर, डिस्ट्रीक्ट इंडस्ट्रीज आॅफिसर, मैनेजर इंडिस्ट्रीयल एस्टेट, इंडस्ट्रीज इंस्पेक्टर, टैक्स असिस्टेंट, राजस्व विभाग में टीआरए, जिलादर, यूनियर अकाउटेंट के पदों के लिए समान पात्रता परीक्षा कराई जायेगी।

लबोरेट्री इंजार्च, फोरेस्टर, हाॅस्टल अधिकक्षक, सविचालय में क्लर्क ग्रेड द्वितीय, आरपीएससी में कलर्क ग्रेड द्वितीय, जूनियर असिस्टेंट, पंचायतीराज विभाग मंे एलडीसी, एक्साइज में जमादार ग्रेड द्वितीय के पद शामिल है। इनके लिए पात्रता परीक्षा होगी।

चयन बोर्ड वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेषन की व्यवस्था लागू करेगा। इससे न सिर्फ इस परीक्षा के लिए, बल्कि इस परीक्षा के आधार पर होने वाली भर्ती के लिए बार बार आवेदन नहीं करना पड़गा। युनिक पहचान संख्या से आवेदन हो सकेगा। यह सिस्टम आरपीएससी, बोर्ड व अन्य भर्ती एजेंसियों के समन्वय से बनेगा।
कैसे होगा Common Entrance Test (CET) How to conduct?
जिन सेवाओं को इसमें शामिल किया गया है, उनसे संबंधित भर्ती में शामिल होने के लिए ये परीक्षा अनिवार्य है। यह एक चरण में बहुविकल्पी प्रष्न पत्र से होगी। परीक्षा के बाद सभी अभ्यार्थी के अंक सार्वजनिक किए जाएंगे। इसमें कोई न्यूनतम उत्तीर्णांक नहीं होंगे। भर्ती के हिसाब से प्राप्तांक तय होंगे।

इस परीक्षा में शामिल होने के अवसरो की कोई सीमा तय नहीं है। आयु संबंधी व अन्य पात्रता के आधार पर कोई भी अभ्यार्थी अपनी रैकिंग के अंक सुधारने के लिए कितनी बार भी परीक्षा में शामिल हो सकता है। वह जिस अवसर में अधिक अंक प्राप्त करेगा, उसे ही पात्रता के लिए गिना जाएगा।

इसका सबसे बड़ा लाभ ये है कि भर्तियों मंे बहुत ज्यादा भीड़ नहीं जुटेगी, क्योंकि सिर्फ वही लोग आवेदन कर पाएंे, जिन्होंने सीईटी मंे तय प्राप्तांक हासिल किस हैं। इसके अलावा इससे पारदर्षिता बढेगी। हालांकि इसका नुकसान ये होगा कि अब मुख्य परीक्षा के अतिरिक्त एक और परीक्षा देनी पड़ेगी।

समान पात्रता परीक्षा प्री परीक्षा होगी। इसके बाद जिस पद के लिए भर्ती निकलेगी उसकी अलग से परीक्षा होगी, जो मुख्य परीक्षा होगी, इसमें शामिल होने के लिए संबंधित भर्ती एजेंसी पात्रता परीक्षा की न्यूनतम कटआॅफ जारी कर देगी, कि कितने प्राप्तांक तक के अभ्यार्थी मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
