My recent experience with JumboJourney was outstanding, particularly when booking my flight ticket over the phone. From the moment I called, the customer service representative was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the entire process a breeze. The agent took the time to understand my travel needs and preferences, providing detailed information about flight options, pricing, and special offers available.
