EducationalQualification and Experience:

DGM (VC-11184): Full time BE/ B.Tech with not less than 60%marks in Mechanical/ Ship Building / Electrical / Electronics. Minimum 15 yearsexperience.

Manager (SAP IT Basis/ SAP ABAP Webdynpro): BE/B.Tech. in any discipline/M.Sc.(IT/CS)/MCA with not less than 60% marks. Minimum 09 years experience.

 Assistant Manager (Civil): Full-time degree in Civil/ Civil&Structural/ Structural Engineering discipline with not less than 60%marks. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.

AssistantManager (Safety):Full-time degree in any branch of Engineering and Diploma in Industrial Safetywith not less than 60% marks. Minimum 02 years full time post qualificationexperience.

 AssistantManager (HR):Full time Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks. Minimum 02years post qualification experience.

 AssistantManager (Legal):Graduate with LLB or Degree in Law (5 years course). Minimum 02 years ofpost-qualification experience.

 AssistantManager (VC-11184):Full time BE/ B.Tech with not less than 60% marks in Mechanical/ Ship Building/ Electrical / Electronics. Minimum 02 years experience.

 Junior Manager (IPMS VC-1184):Degree / Diploma with not less than 50% marks in Mechanical/ Ship Building/Electrical/ Electronics. Minimum 02 years experience.

 Medical Officer: MBBS Degree and registeredwith Indian Medical Council. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.

 General Manager (HR):Full time Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks with 02 years full time post graduate degree / diploma experience.

 General Manager (Finance):Full time Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks and Minimum 20 years post qualification experience.

 Additional General Manager (HR):Full time Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks and 02 years relevant experience.

 Manager (Commercial):Full time Graduate with not less than 60% marks. Masters in Material Management (MMS) / MBA in Material management /OR/supply chain management with not less than 60% marks. Minimum 09 years post qualification experience.

 Manager(Technical):Full time Engineering Graduate with not less than 60% marks in Mechanical/Electrical/ Naval Architecture disciplines. At least 09 years post qualification experience.

 Senior Consultants: Full time BE/ B.Tech in relevant with not less than 60% marks. Minimum 20 years post qualification experience.

 Selection Process: Group Discussion and / or Interview.
